About Park Living
Park University provides affordable, easy living for our students. Each unit consists of a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite with a kitchen, living room and patio shared living spaces.
Each resident commits to a full academic year of residency consisting of two semester payments which can vary by complex, as shown below. Residents will make one payment for fall and another for the spring semester, which can be covered by scholarships or other financial aid options.
Furniture, utilities, and wifi are all included in the semester rates. A full listing of apartment furnishings can be found here.

Apply for University Housing Today!
Park University’s housing application will provide the Residence Life staff with your contact information and living preferences, which will be used to match you with a roommate. If you have a preferred roommate, list that person’s name on the application. If you have questions, contact gilbertreslife@park.edu.
Application Deadlines
January 1: Summer 2024 and Fall 2024 applications open.
April 19: Summer 2024 application closes.
July 12: Fall 2024 application closes.
Next Steps
Once you have completed your housing application, you will receive an email from the Park University Housing Department. The future resident will receive and need to complete:
- The Housing Agreement.
- Pay the deposit (All residents must pay a $75 application fee and a $500 deposit, which can be returned upon the resident’s move-out). To pay the deposit, log into your MyPark account, email gilbertreslife@park.edu, or call +1 480-214-2100.
